Pollock is a rather nutritious fish, it can be served even without a side dish. But with a side dish, it will be more satisfying. Cook pollock in bread crumbs using this recipe and serve with pasta for a delicious dinner guaranteed!

Ingredients

  • Pollock – 1 pc.
  • Pasta – 250 g
  • Salt – 2¾ teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Ground black pepper – ⅔ teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Peel the fish, wash and cut into pieces.
  2. Dip each piece of fish in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat. Put the pieces of fish in the heated oil.
  4. Fry the fish for 2-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt (3/4 teaspoon) and pepper.
  5. Pour in 60 ml of water. Now simmer the fish over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  6. While the fish is stewing, you can cook a side dish (I have pasta, but you can also boil any cereals or potatoes). Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of salt. Bring water to a boil.
  7. Pour pasta into boiling salted water and cook over moderate heat for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water. Rinse pasta under warm water, add butter, and stir.
  8. Put fish and garnish on a plate and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
