Fish in Batter

Ingredients

  • Fish – 600-700 g
  • Flour – 2 tbsp with a small slide
  • Starch – 2 tbsp with a small slide
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Protein 2 eggs
  • Lemon – 1 small or 1/2 large
  • Salt, pepper, spices – to taste
  • Deep fat oil

Directions

  1. Cut the fish, put on a board, sprinkle with lemon, add a little salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix flour + starch, + milk, mix until smooth.
  3. Beat the whites until a stable foam, add to the batter, mix, add salt, pepper, spices to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with a little flour, dip in batter and fry the fish in batter in oil over low heat until golden brown.
