Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish. Put in the tomato slices and season with salt, pepper and herbs (I usually only use parsley). Now place the fish fillet on the tomato slices. If the fillet is frozen, let it defrost beforehand.
  2. Season the fish again in the same way as the tomato slices. Then spread a little thicker with mustard. Now put the tomato slices on top again and season again, this time maybe not so strong.
  3. Now sprinkle the grated cheese on top (amount as desired). Now put in the oven for about 35 minutes at 175 ° C.
  4. Rice or baguette tastes good with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
