- 250 g fish fillet (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 cup cream
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 handful cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon, leveled spice mixture (Tandoori Masala)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Curry powder

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Wash the fish fillet, pat dry and place in a small baking dish.
- Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and place in a pan. Sauté gently and deglaze with vegetable stock and cream. Add spices and let everything simmer a little. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
