Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash the fish fillet, pat dry and place in a small baking dish.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and place in a pan. Sauté gently and deglaze with vegetable stock and cream. Add spices and let everything simmer a little. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
