Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s), (e.g. plaice)
  • 2 tablespoon. Herbs, (herbs Provence)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. If frozen, let the fish fillets thaw and pat dry.
  2. Peel and squeeze the garlic or chop very little, put in a bowl and add the herbs of Provence, salt and olive oil and let it steep for a few minutes. Now rub the fish fillets on both sides with the herb paste and wrap a single layer in baking paper.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and add the wrapped fillets to the pan and fry for a few minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, wrap out of the baking paper and arrange on a plate.
  4. I usually have boiled potatoes with melted butter and vegetables with it.
