Ingredients

  • 300 g redfish fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 slices Parma ham
  • 6 small sage leaves
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 250 g tomato (s), passed
  • sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth
  • 20 g capers

Instructions

  1. 300 Season the fish fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper and cut into 6 pieces.
  2. Then turn each piece in the flour and serve with ½ slice of ham
  3. wrap around. Stick 1 sage leaf on each with a wooden skewer.
  4. Finely dice 1 onion and sauté in 1 teaspoon oil until translucent. Add 250 g tomatoes and boil for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Fry the fish pieces in 3 teaspoons of hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let the sauce get hot and serve the fish on top. Serve sprinkled with parsley and capers.
