  • 200 g yourt
  • 50 ml juice, (multivitamin)
  • cinnamon
  • sweetener, liquid, or honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots, peel and core the apple. Grate both or use the mixer to chop them up.
  2. Put all ingredients in a tall mixing vessel and puree well with the hand blender.
  3. Chill until ready to eat.
