Ingredients

  • 75 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 large orange (s)
  • 1 large banana (s)
  • 150 g chicken breast, fried
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 75 g natural yourt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch (s) curry
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • some flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and cut off the small roots. Fillet the orange and collect the juice (for the dressing). Roast the flaked almonds in a coated pan without fat until golden (caution, this sometimes goes very quickly, then it`s Brandenburg style ).
  2. For the dressing, stir together the yogurt, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, curry, salt, pepper and sugar. Now arrange the lamb`s lettuce with the orange fillets, banana slices and the fried chicken strips (seasoned with salt and pepper) on plates and sprinkle with the almonds. Serve the dressing separately.
