Ingredients
- 250 g camembert (s)
- 4 cl gin (2 liqueur glasses)
- some cayenne pepper
- 0.5 ½ cup cranberries
- parsley

- Halve the camembert lengthways and place on an ovenproof plate in portions. Roast under the grill for about 3 minutes. Pour gin around, ignite and let burn down. Dust with cayenne pepper and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberries.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with toast.
