Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s coffee
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ point ice cream (vanilla)
  • 0.5 ½ point ice cream (chocolate)
  • 12 cl cognac or rum, strong
  • 4 sugar cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and add the vanilla sugar. Let cool down.
  2. Divide the ice cream on 4 tall ice cream cups and fill up with the cold coffee. Heat the cognac or high-proof rum with the sugar cube, ignite and pour over the iced coffee while burning.
