Flavored Butter

This butter with herbs and garlic goes well with boiled vegetables and fish and meat dishes.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 g
  • Parsley – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 3 teeth.
  • Lemon – 1/4 pc.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Mix room temperature oil with chopped parsley and garlic (I used a blender). Add lemon juice, a little salt. Stir well.
  2. Make a “sausage”.
  3. Wrap the butter, garlic, and herbs in foil and refrigerate.
  4. Cut the butter with herbs and garlic into slices before serving.
