  • Oat milk – 300 Milliliters (or water)
  • Berries – 50-70 Grams
  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Dates – 2 Pieces
  • Water – 2-3 Art. spoons

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
  3. Add a couple of tablespoons of water and stir. Leave it for a minute for the flax to absorb the liquid.
