Ingredients

  • 300 g white bread, stale, about 4 rolls
  • 600 ml milk, warm
  • 120 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 100 g raisins, chocolate coated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 °, grease the baking dish with butter.
  2. Heat the milk and sugar together. Crumble the bread or rolls in a large bowl, add the milk and allow to swell. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Delicious with or without ice cream, vanilla sauce or compote.
