Flourless Chocolate Cheesecake

A very tasty and easy homemade chocolate cheesecake recipe for newbies in cooking. Dessert without flour!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

For the basics:

  • Shortbread cookies – 210 g
  • Butter – 210 g

For filling:

  • Black chocolate – 90 g
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Cottage cheese – 450 g
  • Cocoa powder – 50 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.

For the cream:

  • Cream 33%

Directions

  1. Knead the cookies with your hands or grind them in a blender.
  2. Add butter at room temperature and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Break the chocolate into small pieces and send them to a separate bowl. Add butter (40 g).
  4. We pour in 5 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar.
  5. We put it in a water bath and melt it.
  6. Add cottage cheese to the melted chocolate mixture.
  7. Add cocoa powder there.
  8. We drive in 5 eggs.
  9. Stir and only then beat with a mixer.
  10. We grease the detachable form with butter and evenly distribute the cookies with butter along the bottom of the form, making small sides.
  11. Pour the chocolate-curd mixture on top. We send the cheesecake to the oven for 40 minutes (temperature – 180 degrees).
  12. Cool the finished chocolate cheesecake and remove it from the mold. Garnish the chocolate cheesecake with buttercream (33% whipped cream) and chocolate, crumbs, candy or fruit before serving.

The chocolate cheesecake is ready.
