Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese or sheep cheese
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 2 garlic clove (s), pressed (more if you like)
  • 15 olives, black, pitted, very finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash the feta in a high bowl with a fork, pour in the cream and stir roughly with a fork. Then beat the mixture with the mixer, stir in the pressed garlic and chopped olives.
