Ingredients

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish, grated (fresh or from the jar)
  • salt
  • Pepper, coarsely ground
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the crème fraiche with the ketchup, then stir in the white wine and brandy. Season the sauce with horseradish and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Finally add the herbs.
