Ingredients

4 pairs frankfurters, thinly sliced
200 g cheese, Gouda, cut into narrow sticks
1 small Glass pepper (s), pickled, cut into thin strips
2 pickles, thinly sliced
Herbs, chopped.

For the sauce:

8 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons liquid from the peppers
3 tablespoons liquid from the cucumber
salt and pepper
1 garlic clove (s), pressed through

Instructions

Mix the sausages, cheese, bell pepper, cucumber and herbs loosely in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce well, pour over the salad, mix again.
Let it steep for at least half an hour.
