Ingredients

  • 4 pairs frankfurters, thinly sliced
  • 200 g cheese, Gouda, cut into narrow sticks
  • 1 small Glass pepper (s), pickled, cut into thin strips
  • 2 pickles, thinly sliced
  • Herbs, chopped.

For the sauce:

  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons liquid from the peppers
  • 3 tablespoons liquid from the cucumber
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through

Instructions

  1. Mix the sausages, cheese, bell pepper, cucumber and herbs loosely in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well, pour over the salad, mix again.
  3. Let it steep for at least half an hour.
