Ingredients

  • 200 g yourt (3.5% fat)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 ml cream
  • 9 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, fresh from the mill

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a tall container, chop and stir with a hand blender. Finally add the olive oil and stir in well.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. TIP: You can refine the sauce with fresh herbs such as chives or mixed salad herbs.
  4. The sauce is nice and creamy and goes well with all salads.
