Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 40 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- cinnamon powder
- Chilli flakes
- ginger root
- 500 g tomato (s), chunky
- 5 tablespoon olive oil

- Mix all ingredients except for the oil and simmer for approx. 30 - 45 minutes. Let cool and rub through a sieve. Stir in the olive oil to set the mass with the hand blender. Fill into sterile jars or bottles.
