Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized onions
  • 1 small sweet apple
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 30-40 grams grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. Boil water, turn off and dip the onion in it for 15 minutes. Drain the water, season the onion with 1 spoonful of mayonnaise and put it in the 1st layer.
  2. Remove the peel from the apple, grate on a coarse grater and put it on the second layer of lettuce.
  3. Finely grate the boiled egg, mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and put the third layer of salad on it.
  4. The fourth layer is grated cheese. Lay it out neatly, not crushing, at least 1 cm thick.
  5. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. Cover it with plastic wrap to keep the cheese dry.
  6. Before serving, you can decorate with herbs and it will be very tasty.
