Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s), cleaned
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 ½ pack parsley, frozen
  • Sugar, as needed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the carrots. Remove the core from the apple and dice finely.
  2. Remove the greens and roots from the radishes and cut into small pieces. Mix with the grated carrots.
  3. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and parsley and mix in.
  4. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
