Fresh Cucumber Snack

Cucumber appetizer with garlic, herbs and mustard perfectly complements potato dishes or kebabs. It cooks very quickly, it turns out delicious and appetizing.

Ingredients
- Cucumbers – 500 g
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Dill greens – 1 bunch
- Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml
- Vinegar 9% – 40 ml
Directions
- Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
- Mix with salt and sugar.
- Add garlic, mustard, oil and vinegar squeezed through a press. Mix.
- At the end, add chopped greens, mix.
- Such an appetizer of fresh cucumbers can be served immediately, or you can let it brew for 30 minutes at room temperature – during this time, you need to mix the cucumbers with garlic and herbs 1-2 times, and then chill in the refrigerator.
