Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 large carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
- 200 g cottae cheese or rainy cream cheese
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 dash vinegar (brandy vinegar) or white balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- Herbs, fresh or frozen

- Cut the red pepper, cucumber and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl and season with black pepper.
- Now stir in the cottage cheese, vinegar, olive oil, herbal salt and herbs and mix into the salad. Let it steep a little.
- Halve the party tomatoes and mix in just before serving.
- In winter, when the tomatoes have little taste, I add a little salt to the halves.
- But that is up to you.
