  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Sweetener, a few drops
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
  • 30 g corn flakes
  • 4 fig (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt with quark and lemon juice until smooth and season with sweetener and cinnamon powder.
  2. Heat the honey in a non-stick pan, add the nuts and cornflakes and lightly roast.
  3. Cut the figs into wedges and serve with yogurt and crispy nuts.
  4. The recipe is suitable for WW: 4.5P per person.
