Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 5 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 dash balsamic cream
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into very fine cubes. Also cut the bell pepper, the sun-dried tomatoes and the feta cheese into cubes. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Now toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. Mix three tablespoons of the sun-dried tomato oil, a dash of balsamic cream and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the prepared ingredients.
  3. Fry the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil. Then fold into the dressing with the rocket.
  4. The salad is served lukewarm and can be served as an accompaniment to all kinds of dishes.
