  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 8 pickled cucumber (s), more or less depending on taste
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack ready-to-use mix, (topping lettuce, e.g. garden herbs with garlic)

Instructions

  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce, cut into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Drain and add the corn and kidney beans. Cut the pickles into small pieces and stir in together with the crème fraîche and lettuce.
