Ingredients

  • 25 g wild arlic
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), zest it
  • 1 piece (s) ginger root approx. cm in size
  • 25 g walnuts
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, dry it well and roughly chop it. Peel the zest from half a lemon. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Roughly chop the walnuts as well.
  2. Put the wild garlic, lemon zest, ginger and walnuts in a blender jar. Add sunflower oil and salt and mix everything vigorously until you get a creamy pesto.
