  • 1 kg asparagus, thinner
  • 400 g strawberries
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • olive oil
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut the stalks into thirds. Fry in a butter and oil mixture until a bit brown. It should be soft but still have a bit of bite. Season with a handful of sugar, a little salt and a little pepper.
  2. Add the cleaned and halved strawberries and stir briefly in the pan.
  3. Serve with a little baguette.
  4. Also tastes good as a light main course.
