Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onions, cut into thin rings
  • 4 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • Ginger, fresh, about 4 cm, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 4 egg (s), whisked and salted
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 4 tablespoon ketjap manis
  • 50 ml broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic, ginger and onions over a high heat for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with broth, reduce heat. Stir in the seasoning sauces, add the eggs and let them set.
  2. Serve with rice.
