  • some flour

Instructions

  1. Roll the camembert first in oil, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry slowly on both sides in a little margarine, turning frequently.
  3. If the camembert rises a little, it`s good, the cheese has melted inside.
  4. I prefer to eat on a slice of brown bread, but you can also eat it with cranberries.
