  • 400 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic clove, cut into slices and sauté in hot olive oil. Briefly sauté the halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper, a little salt and the chives rolls.
  2. As an accompaniment to grilled meat or fish.
