Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s), sliced
  • 2 teaspoons flour for turning
  • 200 ml peanut oil or corn oil
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red, dried, chopped 1 cm in size
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 10 spring onion (s), only the white it, chopped 5 cm in size
  • 50 g cashew nuts, unsalted, roasted
  • 50 g onion (s), sliced
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ soy sauce, dark

Instructions

  1. Coat the meat thinly with flour. Heat the oil in a pan or in a wok and fry the meat for about 5 minutes until it is lightly browned. Pour the remaining oil out of the pan. Now add the chilli peppers and garlic to the meat and fry for 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients and fry everything for another 3 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately. Serve with rice as a side dish.
