Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 400 g beef steak (s)
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and cut the Chinese cabbage into large pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince in it, add the onions and fry for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and fry. Then add the vegetable stock and let everything stew briefly. Add Worcester sauce and sambal oelek.
  3. I also serve wild rice.
