  • 250 g sausae meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • a bit salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 roll (s), stale
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 liter broth
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, salt, garlic and egg in a bowl. Soak the bread roll in warm water, squeeze out and add. Finally add the sausage meat and mix. If the dough is too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs.
  2. Form small dumplings with a teaspoon and add to the boiling salted water. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Take out the dumplings and place in the prepared broth.
