Ingredients

  • 2 dumplings (e.g. from the day before)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 1 large onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cold dumplings into slices and fry on both sides in a spoonful of oil in a non-stick pan. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  2. Put another spoonful of oil in the pan and fry the bacon. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, add to the diced ham and sweat.
  3. Put the dumplings back in the pan, mix with the diced ham and onion and arrange on a plate.
  4. Green salad or lamb`s lettuce goes well with it.
