Ingredients
- 4 half peach (s), (can)
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 tablespoon peach juice, (can)
- some cream, (according to consistency)
- 4 slices toast or white bread
- possibly butter
- possibly pistachios, chopped for garnish

- Drain 4 peach halves in a sieve, collecting about 8 tablespoons of the juice.
- Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, the peach juice and the cream (it must remain spreadable - logically) and spread on toast or white bread slices (possibly buttered) and place one peach half on each. If you like, you can garnish with pistachios.
