Ingredients
Fish fillet (pike perch, sea bass, etc.) – 2 pcs.
Fresh hot pepper – 1 pod
Dill greens – 1/2 bunch
Fresh ginger – 10 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
Olive oil – 6 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Sunflower oil – for frying;
How to cook fried fish with hot sauce:

Finely chop the ginger, dill, hot pepper, and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put chopped vegetables, fry over low heat for a couple of minutes.
Then remove the pan from the stove, add salt and pepper to the vegetables, as well as lemon juice. Stir. A spicy sauce for fried fish is ready.
Fry the fish fillets in vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt (I fried in a grill pan, but you can use a regular one).
