Fried Fish with Spicy Sauce

Delicious, quick, healthy, low-calorie, and light dinner of fried sea fish fillets with spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (pike perch, sea bass, etc.) – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh hot pepper – 1 pod
  • Dill greens – 1/2 bunch
  • Fresh ginger – 10 g
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil – 6 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Sunflower oil – for frying;

How to cook fried fish with hot sauce:

Directions

  1. Finely chop the ginger, dill, hot pepper, and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put chopped vegetables, fry over low heat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then remove the pan from the stove, add salt and pepper to the vegetables, as well as lemon juice. Stir. A spicy sauce for fried fish is ready.
  3. Fry the fish fillets in vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt (I fried in a grill pan, but you can use a regular one).
  4. Serve the fried fish with hot sauce.
