Put a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the mustard.
Put a slice of ham on two slices of bread.
Put a slice of cheese on the ham.
Cover the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
Mix egg, milk, and salt. Beat until smooth.
Put the ham and cheese sandwiches for 1 minute in the egg-milk mixture (ice cream).
In a frying pan, heat the butter and fry the sandwiches in a lezon until a tender golden crust is formed on both sides.
Cut fried hot sandwiches with ham and cheese in half and serve hot.
