Ingredients
- 500 g lamb`s lettuce
- 4 tomato (s)
- 200 g tofu
- some salt and pepper
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar (crema di balsamic vinegar)
- some oil for frying

- Wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Also dice the tofu and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat some oil in a pan (preferably one with a high rim). First put the tomatoes in the pan, as these take the longest cooking time. Then add the lamb`s lettuce and tofu. Swing in the pan over high heat for about 3 - 4 minutes until the salad collapses.
- Then arrange on plates or in a bowl and drizzle with the balsamic cream. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
