Ingredients

  • 400 g puree, mashed potatoes (possibly remainder from the previous day)
  • 200 g liver sausae (homemade)
  • Cucumber (s), (pickles) or beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Fry the puree in a pan with a teaspoon of butter so that it gets a little color. Add the liver sausage to the mashed potatoes and allow to melt. Mix everything together well and serve with pickle or beetroot salad.
  2. Instead of homemade liver sausage, you can also use black pudding or potato sausage.
