Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 500 g carrot (s)
- 1 jar bamboo shoot (s), 400 g
- 2 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 8 tablespoon sunflower oil, or other neutral oil
- 8 tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 tablespoon chili sauce
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- 250 g Mie noodles

- Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, press the carrots into fine sticks and the garlic cloves or chop them into small pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings.
