Fried Oatmeal with Egg and Cheese

Unusual and very tasty fried oatmeal with egg and cheese is prepared very simply and quickly, and will provide you with energy and good mood until lunchtime!

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal flakes (instant) – 115 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 35 g
  • Fresh dill – 2 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make Egg and Cheese Fried Oatmeal.
  2. Wash the egg and break it into a cup. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
  3. Pour the oatmeal into a dry, non-stick skillet.
  4. Put on heat. Fry the oatmeal over low heat until golden brown and characteristically nutty, about 7 minutes.
  5. Pour in prepared egg and stir quickly. Close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Remove the lid, sprinkle the grated cheese on the fried oatmeal and egg.
  7. Cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat.
  8. Finely chop the dill. Sprinkle the cooked egg and cheese fried oatmeal with chopped dill.
  9. Place the fried oatmeal with egg and cheese on a plate and serve.
