Ingredients
Oatmeal flakes (instant) – 115 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 35 g
Fresh dill – 2 branches
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make Egg and Cheese Fried Oatmeal.
Wash the egg and break it into a cup. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Pour the oatmeal into a dry, non-stick skillet.
Put on heat. Fry the oatmeal over low heat until golden brown and characteristically nutty, about 7 minutes.
Pour in prepared egg and stir quickly. Close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Remove the lid, sprinkle the grated cheese on the fried oatmeal and egg.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat.
Finely chop the dill. Sprinkle the cooked egg and cheese fried oatmeal with chopped dill.
Place the fried oatmeal with egg and cheese on a plate and serve.
