Fried Onion Ingredients

  • Bulb onions – 3 pcs.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce
  • Breadcrumbs – 0.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Fried Onion Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into 4-5mm rings and hold them together with toothpicks.

  2. Place the onion rings in a bowl and pour over the soy sauce. Let stand for at least 20 minutes.

  3. Dip the onion rings in a beaten egg.
  4. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings in it.
  6. Transfer the finished rings to a bowl and, if necessary, dry the fried onions on a paper towel.
    That’s all! A very tasty and almost dietary dish is ready.
