Ingredients

  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour or more, as needed
  • salt
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 liter meat broth

Instructions

  1. Bring the meat stock to a boil.
  2. Mix milk with flour, stir in egg and salt. If the dough is too thin, add a little more flour.
  3. Bake 2-3 thin pancakes from the batter in a pan. Let the pancakes cool, roll up and cut into strips.
  4. Divide the strips in deep plates, pour the meat stock over them and serve the soup sprinkled with chives.
  5. Good use of leftovers for leftover pancakes.
