  • g 1,000 potatoes, waxy
  • 20 g lard
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 20 g oose fat
  • salt

Instructions

  1. After peeling and washing the potatoes, cut them into not too thin slices or sticks. Heat the fat in a large pan, add the potatoes, sprinkle with a little salt and roast, covered, for approx. 15 minutes, turning frequently. Then continue to fry for 15 minutes uncovered while turning.
  2. Tip: Possibly add 1 medium-sized, diced onion to the potatoes.
