Ingredients

  • 800 g potato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 tablespoon plant cream
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • Spice mixture (fried potato seasoning), alternatively paprika, garlic, marjoram
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash the pepper and leek. Slice the potatoes and peppers, cut the leek into rings.
  2. Heat the plant cream, fry the potato slices in it until golden. Add paprika and leek and fry everything for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, fried potato spices and paprika powder and finally add the diced feta cheese and mix everything well.
  4. This goes well with gyros and green salad.
  5. These fried potatoes are also very tasty as a main course.
