Fried River Fish

- Peel the fish, gut, wash. Cut off tail, fins, and head.
- Pour salt into the bag.
- Add flour.
- Add Italian herbs and stir.
- Put the fish in a bag with flour and spices.
- Seal the bag hermetically, and then shake so that the fish is evenly covered with flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the fish in the pan. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, first on one side.
- Then turn the fish over and fry until golden brown on the other side.
