Instructions

  1. Wash the snow peas, drain well and pat dry with paper towels if necessary. Cut off both ends.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the snow peas, turning from time to time. 5 minutes on high heat is enough, they should still be nice and crunchy.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and garlic granules.
  4. Dust over the powdered sugar and let the pods caramelize while swirling thoroughly.
  5. Take the pods out of the pan and arrange on the preheated plates.
  6. Swirl the cherry tomatoes in the pan for about 1 minute and then serve over the snow peas.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
