Fried Steaks with Shrimps and Mustard Sauce Ingredients

  • Large shrimps (peeled) – 230 g
  • Triangular beef steak – 4 pcs. (200 g each)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
  • Bulgarian red pepper (chopped) – 0.5 cups
  • Dijon mustard – 0.25 cups
  • Green onions (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Shallots (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Grill oil
    Spice mix:
  • Celery salt – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 2 tbsp
  • Onion powder – 1 tbsp
  • Dried oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Dried thyme – 1 tablespoon L.
  • Sea salt – 2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Fried Steaks with Shrimps and Mustard Sauce Instructions

  1. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil.
  2. Combine spices in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3.  Put mayonnaise, bell pepper, Dijon mustard, green onions, shallots, parsley, honey, and 1 tablespoon into a bowl of a kitchen processor. a spoonful of lemon juice.
  4. Grate steaks with a mixture of spices.
  5.  Shrimp mix with 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6.  Place the steaks on the grill rack and grill with the lid closed for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer steaks to a plate, cover with foil, leave for 5 minutes.
  7. Place shrimp on a wire rack and cook until pink, about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the shrimp to a board and cut. Serve the fried shrimp with the sauce.
