Ingredients

  • 200 g udon noodles
  • 130 g beef, cut into thin slices
  • 1 handful bean sprouts
  • 1 handful Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 5 g Mu-Err mushrooms, dried
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 slices ginger root, chopped
  • 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the Mu-Err mushrooms, leave to soak and cut into strips.
  2. Pour boiling water over the udon noodles and let them steep for 2 - 3 minutes until they are soft and you can pull them apart.
  3. Briefly fry the chopped garlic and ginger together with the shallot in a little oil and then add the thin strips of beef, fry very briefly, add the Mu-Err mushrooms and season with a little salt. Immediately afterwards fry the noodles briefly and then add the Chinese cabbage, soy bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of water, season with salt and pepper as desired and only continue to fry for a short time.
